We make many types of regional breads.
With our traditional methods, our bread is tasty, crumbly, and easy to digest.
La Focaccia  
We are very proud of our focaccia, maybe the most typical food of Genoa. Flour, water, extravergine olive oil are the ingredients to have a tasty and crumbly focaccia.
It can be stuffed with vegetables, like olive, tomatoes, onions and obviously pesto. We still follows our grandparents' receipes without any chimical ingredients.
La Pasticceria  
We still made our pastries like "made at home".
We dedicated great attention to choose the best ingredients, milk, butter, eggs and fresh fruits: not only freshness is very important for us but also their production methods and their origin.
Our pastrycook masters, under the guide of Tossini brothers, prepare many types of cakes, pastries, tarts, apple pies and elegant wedding cakes.
La Gastronomia  
The "poor gastronomy of Liguria", are many types of traditional food based on the territory separated between "farming and sea".
Stuffed vegetables, rice cake, vegetables cakes like "Pasqualina" or "Baciocca", with our fried, Polpettone and Farinata are the typical taste of our land.
