Pastry can be divided in two groups, "da forno" and "da credenza".
Included in the first group are pasta frolla, puff pastry, cookies, Canestrelli, Baci di dama, tarts and Pandolce of Genoa.
In the second group there are many types of cakes, pastries and in general all the decorated pastries.
